I’m not sure if I’ll have residency in time 
I am sure i can research and find it. But, i have a sister that is an Alaskan resident. Would that count. Would she have to accompany me on the hunt?

The days of the big old rams are pretty much gone, thanks to poor management, and weather events. Now we struggle to imagine it is legal.
